How to change color schemes in WordPress with Headway

Changing font colors and link colors in your WordPress blog can take time – simply because each element has it’s own properties.

Headway now offers the ability to mass-edit colors by applying a scheme within a skin (Note: Once you select a skin, you disable the visual editor. See How to add new skins and functionality to your WordPress blog for more info).

So it’s not clear to me yet

    1. are skins needed to change the color scheme of headway site? when i first got started with wizard, i was given a palette/color scheme option, but didn’t choose one at that time. now, when i follow your video to choose my color scheme, i don’t have a skin associated with my blog. does that mean it’s necessary to purchase one to change my color scheme now? I’d rather not spend money just to change my color scheme? thanks!

No – You do not have to buy a skin to design a site with Headway.
