You want to add a background color to a few specific sidebars in your blog – but not all of them. Headway makes this easy with a Live CSS editor that allows you to instantly see changes as you’re writing CSS code which in this case, is very simple:

body.custom#leaf-[leaf ID] {background: #HexNumber;}

This video shows you how to create a fixed tiled background in three steps:

1. Upload an image that will tile across the background.
2. Add little bit of CSS code (which I’ve pasted below).
3. Configure a fluid header (not needed, but I thought it would look nice).
